Casares is the typical withe Andalusian village with narrow streets, where the visit can find several typical products in its small shops and enjoy mediterranean cuisine restaurants and bars.
In Casares you can visit Arabic castle, Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación of 17th century, St. Sebastian's Church, La Plaza Fountain, (la plaza de la Fuente)and Birthplace of Blas Infante, the father of the Andalusian nation, (casa natal de Blas infante).

I visit te old town of Casares whenever I'm staying in the area. A lovely, traditional white village nestling in the hills with little tourism. But just 15 minutes drive down hill to Casares beach and the Costa del Sol coast.
